Cancellation Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- If client does not show up for scheduled charter trip, client will lose the deposit and full charter fee.
- If client cancels and reschedules a charter, 30 day notice is required to apply deposit to rescheduled charter. Failure to provide 30 day notice will result in loss of deposit.
- If a trip is canceled by the captain due to weather, the customer has one year to re-schedule and the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled trip.
